GRADING SYSTEM

Mid-term grade reports will be issued at allotted time
on campus for students that have on campus housing. End of the term grade reports will be mailed to the
students within three four weeks after the end of the term. Students are encouraged to review their grade
reports and report any error to the Registrars office in the main Administration
office. All grade changes need
to be completed within a year of the ending date of the semester in which
the grade was assigned.
Students that repeat a course here at Clinton Junior College
and receives a higher grade in that course Students who earn 12 or more credit hours and have achieved a 3.00-3.4 on a 4.00 scale. Students who earn 12 or more credit hours and achieved
a 3.50-4.00 on a 4.00 scale. Students are required to register according to the
assigned registration schedule for each semester. Students may add or drop courses within the first five
days of a semester. Students may withdraw from a course or courses after
the add/drop date until mid-term with a grade of W. Students must obtain a Withdrawal From Class form from the Registrars
office. If a students decides
to withdraw from courses after mid-term, instructor determines the grade
received. Students wishing to withdraw from the College should
first talk over the issue with the Academic Advisor and then complete
the Withdrawal form in the Registrars office. |
